Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags intact to be eligible for a successful processing.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address within 2-3 business days.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After your item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your replacement item immediately.
